Our Doctors and staff work to provide you with a good service. But sometimes things do go wrong and you may want to complain, or maybe just tell us about your concerns or suggest improvements.

You can use our Patient feedback form to give praise, express gratitude, or tell us about the good service you have received. Or you can write to the Practice Manager.
Kind words go a long way and we are grateful for the many thank you cards and lovely compliments we receive, which are fed back to the team.

Complaints
Certain problems can often be sorted out by a member of our team, senior staff or Management, who will do their best to deal with the matter.
However, of you need to notify us of a concern or make a formal complaint, your first point of contact is the Practice Manager, or Assistant Manager.

We take complaints very seriously. If you need to make a complaint about the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by telephone or, or if you prefer, in writing. We will answer your concerns as soon as possible.
