We collect this data using NHS IT systems. It shows much of the work we do at the surgery. This includes patient contacts and many other tasks we carry out each day.
Some work cannot be recorded in this way, so this data gives a broad picture of our workload and the demand for our services.
The data is about two months old. For example, in March we use data from January. We update this information every month.
We share this information on our website and on our Facebook page.
