Patients in Care or Nursing Homes
Care/Nursing Home staff will have been informed of our email ordering option – if you have any queries, please speak to the Care Home Manager or Nursing Home Staff. If you are a member of a Care/Nursing home team and have any queries about ordering for your patients, please contact the surgery.
Other Ways to Order
- Through your pharmacy.
- Give your repeat order slip to the surgery with items clearly ticked.
- By post, we can post your prescription back if you provide us with a stamped addressed envelope.
Medication reviews
We have a duty to review your health and medicines regularly. We will let you know if you need to make an appointment for a medication review with either our practice nurses or your doctor.
If you need urgent advice about your medication outside our surgery hours, please call NHS 111.
Prescription Dispensing
We are not a dispensing practice. We operate a repeat prescription ordering service in conjunction with many local pharmacies. Your participating pharmacy will arrange to collect your prescription and you can collect your dispensed items at the pharmacy, or in some cases the pharmacy will arrange home deliveries. Please contact your pharmacy to arrange.
