The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, medical reports, private care and prescriptions, and some vaccination services.
Our fees for these services are displayed below, these will be subject to uplift in April 2025.
Payment is expected in advance.
For anything else, please enquire at the surgery regarding fees.
