Who should I see? – We can guide you on the best care for your needs.
Booking an Appointment
We offer a range of same-day, advanced booking, and urgent appointments, which will be face-to-face or telephone. We will endeavour to provide you with the most suitable appointment or refer you to the best care pathway, and where possible with a preferred GP.
For same-day appointments or urgent care (that is not life-threatening):
Call 01792 581666
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with. We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse, other health professional or local service to help you.
You may not always need to see a Doctor, and our staff are trained to identify services that can help you, which may often save you time.
Same-day appointments will be offered to children under 16 with urgent acute presentations.
It is important to note, that there are limits to the capacity of all health services, and we will endeavour to prioritise the needs of our patients as best we can.
To manage the high call volumes we receive, additional staff are placed on our telephones at busier times. Receptionists endeavour to answer your call as soon as possible, so please wait in our dedicated call queue.
Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm. All calls are recorded for staff training and volumes are monitored.
Reception is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6.00pm.
